Even small kids flash ‘gang hand signals‘, and fantasize about being a member of The Crips’ or the ‘Bloods’, violent street gangs made famous by Black exploitation movies and hip-hop music.…The latest mantra drilled into young minds in the Black community, concerns ‘snitching’. Children are warned against cooperating with police or authorities, no matter what.
