I was that girl known for long lucious hair.
A few dimples on the cheek, and white teeth.
Obsessed with personal hygiene.
I was a little chola, but deep down not really.
I fronted i was tough, i fronted that what i had you wanted.
I cried by myself, got into big trouble,
and realized that person ain’t me.
I’m sensitive and kind hearted.
I don’t have a black heart to shoot a man in the heart,
i can’t shoot someone for not paying up,
i can’t be forced to give sex and not get a cut.
My coping mechanism in life is music.
So i’ve changed my life.
Ditched those kids who called me fam”..which they weren’t..
i gave up on the heartless life.
being a jerk” just ain’t me.
I want to live with love
and an acceptance.
So i am now “me”
i cut my long hair that everyone begged for.
i got new clothes, and made new friends,
changing ones life is a difficult task,
but take it from me..
Changing my life, was the best damn thing.

( i lived for so long, saying i’m not gonna be like her(my aunt), she chose that ugly life over her own kids and family.. and look what i did.. i had became everything i said i wouldn’t be..But now its all biscuits and gravy ;p because i actaully have something to truly fight for)
