Bro Mike says: ‘Getting Out’ of gang activity is not ‘easy’. Nothing worthwhile IS easy. However…it’s too late to ‘want out’ when heading to a paddy wagon in handcuffs!

Y-O-U are going to have to make the choice to ‘get out’. Stop looking for a ‘program’. YOU didn’t need a ‘program’ to commit gang-related crimes! YOU can stop YOU without all of the drama. YOU wanted the thrills…but didn’t see the price tag! YOU have an increased chance of dying. YOU will likely be spending more time in/around detention, jail, or prison. Let’s get down to the cold, hard fact that YOU will forfeit a decent education, and decent relationships and your LIFE–IF you stay in a gang.

How bad do you REALLY want out? Y-O-U have to decide NOW!

Yeah, like your fellow gang members really ‘care’ about you? Because of the way that the criminal codes are re-written every year, your little gang ‘buddies’ will sell you out for a bar of soap once the cops get them in an interrogation room and start listing all of the charges that will be coming your way because you were IN a gang.

1) Get into the Bible and into a good Bible believing church. Jesus Christ has the BEST anti-gang program in the Gospel of John, and the Book of Romans and Book of Jude.
2) Destroy ALL gang materials: Rags, colors, drugs, clothes, bylaws, quote books etc.
3) Renounce ALL gang activity: Tell your friends that you are OUT and won’t hang with them any more. Tell them you have BETTER things to do away from gangs.
4) Stop DRESSING, TALKING, LOOKING like a gang member and MEAN it!
5) Fill your brain with the Bible; get back into school, and get a REAL job!
6) Share your FAITH in Jesus Christ with those whom you come across.
7) It WILL be scary at first; take EACH day at a time and get OUT of gang life NOW!
TAKE ACTION…STOP THE EXCUSES…GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!
